Can I use the CBAM calculator without logging in?
Yes. Choose a commodity and enter net weight. Add the manufacturing country, route ports and an optional EUR surcharge. Calculations need no login or shipment reference. Sign in to download XML or Excel reports.
Does this calculate the CBAM tax or create an official filing?
No. It estimates product emissions using Panvaya reference factors and models maritime ETS costs separately. It does not calculate CBAM certificates or tax payable. Reports are calculation summaries, not regulatory filings.
How do I link an estimate to my shipment?
Sign in, track or open your ocean shipment, and use its CBAM tab. Calculate and save there to attach inputs and results to that shipment. Standalone calculations do not create or update shipments.
What if I do not know the ports?
You can still estimate embedded product emissions. Freight and ETS estimates stay unavailable until both ports and their coordinates are known.
