What can I track with Panvaya?

Panvaya tracks both ocean and air shipments in one place. For ocean freight you can track by container number, bill of lading or booking reference; for air cargo you track by air waybill (AWB). Panvaya covers 200+ shipping lines and airlines, so most of your shipments live on a single dashboard instead of a dozen carrier websites.

Do I need to know the carrier?

No. Paste a container number or air waybill and Panvaya identifies the carrier automatically from the container's owner prefix (BIC/SCAC) or the AWB's airline code. There is no manual carrier selection, so you can track a shipment even when you only have the number.

What updates do I get after a shipment is added?

You get milestone status at every stage, from gate-out and load-on-vessel through departure, transshipment, arrival and final delivery, plus the current location on a live map and an estimated time of arrival. Exception alerts flag delays, rollovers and ETA changes, so you hear about a problem in time to act on it.
